Although I do not do ADF, I usually fast for ~20 hours 2x-3x per week. You might be interested to read The Perfect Health Diet...they say that fasts over 24 hours tend to have a negative effect on your immune system (and prob a few other... (more)

That's fine. Some people (like me) do that. Take a look at the "Fast-5 Diet" and "The Warrior Diet". Personally, I eat only one meal per day, at about 7:30-8:00, 6 days a week. On Saturday, I give myself a "rest day" and end up eating two meals (more)
