Pretty ideal diet. If you really want to ensure that you're not missing anything too important then I would plug in a few days worth of your diet into cronometer.com and see if you come up short on anything. The paleo diet tends to come up... (more)

Multiply the serving size by the number of servings, and see if anything is missing. For instance, a pound (16 ounces) of bacon may say a serving is 1/4 ounce, "pan-fried". If there are 16 slices, that only adds up to 4 ounces, so they aren't... (more)
