No, they're not the same as what Robb Wolf talks about. The ones he recommends includes Betaine HCL for low stomach acid, so you've pretty much have done nothing for low stomach acid. You need to listen/read more of his work and how he... (more)

Apple cider vinegar, the organic kind. You can also get it in tablet form. It will cure indigestion better than tums without skewing the acid balance in your system.

You spiked your blood sugar (and therefore insulin) & are experiencing a blood sugar drop. No worries. It's normal if you've been low carb for awhile. Eat some protein and/or fat & you will feel better.

Fat/starch is the atomic bomb for health. Fat is the big calorie fellow traveler that moves 100 calories of potato to 500 calories of jo-jos. AND makes the potato infinitely more easy to overeat. So nothing good comes from this combination.... (more)
