Apple cider vinegar, the organic kind. You can also get it in tablet form. It will cure indigestion better than tums without skewing the acid balance in your system.

i have tried terramin clay for my digestive problems, but i never noticed any benefits from it. it also didn't hurt either. just had a placebo effect. it does have a lot of minerals though so it might be good to take it anyways.

You spiked your blood sugar (and therefore insulin) & are experiencing a blood sugar drop. No worries. It's normal if you've been low carb for awhile. Eat some protein and/or fat & you will feel better.
