According to the advice in the Perfect Health Diet, your cravings likely stem from malnourishment. Going 100% paleo says nothing of meeting your nutritional needs. When I was very low-carb, I had strong cravings. When I was paleo with some carbs,... (more)

I've been paleo going on a month and I've found that, no matter what, once a week I have a cheat meal. Not on purpose, it just works out that way. Anyway, I was wondering what kind of an effect these cheats could have? They're usually all out... (more)
