Has it dawned on you your lifestyle is not healthy yet? If they've got chronic infections you can see and smell, what else do they have? Certainly a lot more stuff than could found in the average paleolithic tribe.

I just drink loads of fluids and wait til my body gets rid of it. I only go for antibiotics if I start peeing blood or get any back pain/fever/etc. 8/10 times my immune system does it's job

"swollen glands" refers to swollen lymph nodes. it's a symptom of infection. it means that something "upstream" of the swelling is infected. if it's in his neck it likely means a sinus infection or head cold. treat the cold and you can use... (more)

Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic that is highly recommended with antibiotic induced diarrhea. It also is good at preventing candida overgrowth following the antibiotics, which is a pretty common side effect.
