I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 3 years ago. My symptoms were severe. However, the symptoms were identical to candida overgrowth. In fact, candida overgrowth symptoms more succinctly described me than fibro alone. I went on a strict low carb... (more)

Some natural flavors I don't mind ingesting occasionally, such as natural raspberry flavor from natural beaver innard juices, but there might be others derived from things that I normally avoid like the plague. To determine whether I should... (more)

I commonly see questions from new users that ask things like "why am I so tired" or "should I change my diet" without telling us how much they're currently eating, or what foods, or for how long. People ask "should I eat more carbs" without saying... (more)

I agree with greymouser and the OP: we can be of best assistance to others with some basic information from the person posing the question. I've stopped counting the times I've written, "how many calories do you eat a day?""What do you eat?" "What... (more)

I was just wondering if someone can give me a path to becoming a nutritionist and the different things one can become from there. Just any wisdom in general would help.

The career of "nutritional therapist" sounds interesting. It would be cool to do what Lucy Jones the dietician from the UK series "The Food Hospital" does - including working alongside an openminded, clued-up, doctor and surgeon in that sort of a... (more)
