You definitely need to eat more. Eating too little can actually stall weight loss, not to mention seriously muck up your metabolism. I'd say go for at least 1800-2,000 calories/day. That's what I have to eat to maintain weight with roughly... (more)

Hi ! My question is: Is is possible to gain muscle just by increasing fat intake? The story: I have been on/off paleo for about 1 year (off due to binge eating/bulimia). In the last 3 months I have reduced the binging to 2 days a week (binging... (more)

I think it's unlikely for a tablespoon of butter to cause you to gain muscle, and there are always other factors in play. It's most likely fat loss from reducing the amount of binging. If at some point you can stop binging on sugar all together... (more)

Sounds like you're just flushing money down the toilet to me. At 450-900 grams of protein per day, you're simply not going to utilize that in the most efficient way. You're eating 2-4 times too much over what you likely need.
