People who get cramps often are missing three things... magnesium, potasium, and water... Many people who go on diets also often lower their salt intake significantly. Your body needs those salts and nutrients.

I think increasing your fat intake may have triggered ketosis-i.e.: your body uses fat as fuel rather than sugar (carbohydrates or protein broken down into glucose).

i eat 36 eggs a week for breakfast. If you're looking to change things up I recommend eating more eggs. Can't think of a reason why you'd want to eat fewer.

From what I read if you take sufficient magnesium (I use transdermal magnesium) once the cells are saturated with calcium, the extra calcium gets flushed out of the body.
