Hey all just hoping someone can help me clear the air on this one. I've been practicing IF for about a week and a half in the form of 8 hour feeding windows and 16 hour fasts with one 24 hour fast per week. Not sure exactly if that is "OK" but I... (more)

The more I think about it the more I think that I may be taking the wrong approach to all of this. I think a 24 hour fast 1-2 x a week may be more manageable, and fit in with my "schedule" much better. I feel that over complicating things takes... (more)

I've been sitting at 24.2% body fat for a little while, goal is 23.5% (definitely realistic goal, that's not an issue) Wondering if women have had more success with a 16-18hr IF, or if they've benefited from a carb load? I'm normally in ketosis... (more)

Seems ok, but try it for a little while and see how you fee. Not sure you need 48g whey protein, rather than just eat a little more. You are already getting a lot of protein, so I don't see the need to supplement.
