YES, you should STOP IF and start eating more often. It sounds to me like your cortisol is through the roof. Make sure you are getting enough calories, stick with 200g carbs per day, and make sure you go no more than 6 hours between meals... (more)

I went with the Warrior Diet approach and it has served me well. I only eat late in the day when my metabolism is stoked and I can really enjoy my food (instead of grazing and feeling hungry all the time). Ori had it right.

Seems ok, but try it for a little while and see how you fee. Not sure you need 48g whey protein, rather than just eat a little more. You are already getting a lot of protein, so I don't see the need to supplement.
