Hi all so I have been doing IF for about a week or two and love it. I have decided to start carb back-loading as well. I usually train (crossfit 5-6 days a week) in the morning and as I understand it that's not the optimal time if you are doing CBL. Any advice for a girl who WODs in the am on how to eat psot-wod and when to carb back-load??
