I've been a (fairly) strict paleo eater for about a year now. After a couple months I managed to lose about 40lbs and drop a pant size. I'm 5'11" and when I started weighed about 240lbs. I am now somewhere around 200lbs, possibly below, I haven't... (more)

I would also try switching up how you prepare your vegetables, particularly broccoli and cauliflower. Some people suffer from bloating when they are raw, while others (myself included) become bloated when they are cooked.

I've found that turning off the TV and spending an hour to two hours reading in dim light really helps. Also not eating/ drinking for a few hours before bed helps to. There are numerous causes for this, from the KISS principal, I would first... (more)
