Have any of you experienced all over itchiness on your body that was directly related to a certain food? I'm asking for my husband who eats mostly primal (very little dairy but still eats rice and potatoes). He's gluten-free, as well as caffeine... (more)

Ok so we have ruled out anal sex as a risk factor! And no constipation?! The fact that you had the problem before starting the paleo diet (and it went away after starting) leads me to believe something is going on in your gut. Perhaps you have a... (more)

A mega-dose of a non water soluble vitamin would work great since you can store it in fat - like vitamin A. However, vit C and zinc are water soluble so you'd just pee out the excess and be deficient again in a few days without a regular dose. (more)
