While searching for hydration information, I came across a posting by Jack Kruse: http://www.jackkruse.com/quantum-biology-4-coherent-water/ He states that: "Coherent water is a different animal altogether. It is water that is structured to be... (more)
Dr. Kruse's latest blog post mentions the problems with EMF and health. What do you think? Is using a cell phone really as bad as he thinks?
I really do not enjoy thinking of myself as too dumb for paleo, but after several feeble attempts at scouring the site for a better understanding of "epigenetics" or "epipaleo(?)," I just keep ending up getting confused by all the scientific... (more)
Okay, I have read his blog, his leptin reset article and tons of other things about him. I have also listened to his TED presentation and his podcast. So far, I understand everything that he said, but I can't comprehend anything he writes. Like... (more)
So who actually "invented" what we know of as modern paleo? What first appeared to be a fairly simple question to answer soon proved, upon further research, to be highly subjective. Some top contenders: Art De Vany, Loren Cordain, Evelyn Kocur,... (more)
This blog post includes some useful history on how a popular movement came out of what was previously buried in acadamia. Cordain seems the key player in that. http://transevolutionaryfitness.wordpress.com/2012/03/12/beyond-paleo/ As far as the... (more)
For starters, who's going to AHS this year? Anyone have any thoughts on the speakers/panels? Wow, I for one was surprised to see that Jimmy Moore will be moderating the safe starches panel... Isn't that like letting Dracula supervise the blood... (more)
Alright guys --- was hoping this would blow over and we could move on from this sh*tshow, but apparently not, so here it goes: Some of you may be aware that popular Paleohacks user Dr. Jack Kruse (AKA the Quilt) had been escorted off the Low Carb... (more)
Anyone would be so stupid as to stop a cruise ship, involve the FBI and set them selves up for major jail time just to stop a Dr. from helping people? You going to delete this too? Fine censored site you have here...
It's on Youtube at long last. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=3qNEeqCACwo EDIT BY PATRIK: You are free to criticize what the The Quilt/Kruse espouses (and I am certainly not a fan) -- HOWEVER, please moderate your... (more)
I'll start with my question: Do you agree with Melissa McEwen's critique of Jack Kruse's (mis)use of evolutionary biology? I should note that I am a fan of both McEwen and Kruse. McEwen's blog post is... (more)
