here's my 2c, i would drop the 24 hr fast (or fasts), still fast if you want, around 16 hrs is prob good, or at least have an evening meal so you do not go to bed having not eaten all day (how is your sleep on the nights you have not eaten... (more)

The Paleo community seems to be very anti-running except for maybe 10 minutes total of sprints a week. I walk about 5-6 hrs a week, lift weights 3 days a week and do rings and rope climbs one day a week (light, don't push it). I can hike for hours... (more)

I just started the Couch to 5k program this week in an attempt to get my fat butt in shape. Has anyone done this before? Anyone have success stories they want to share?

I've read cardio is no good. So that leaves walking or sprinting? Should we not run or jog then? Winter is coming up, and it will be below zero. Should I just bundle up and walk vs. running inside on treadmill?
