I take supplement iron pills for breakfast and the only way (that I know and have used) is to drink it with a tiny box of juice, so I can't taste it. I have tried a few times to drink water, but I just don't like water in the morning (is that... (more)

When you say you take iron pills for breakfast, are you implying that you don't eat food with it? You just wake up and start eating bits of metal and sugar to start the day? Why not eat some nutritious ferrous food? (more)

I like to snack on carrots, maybe eating 1 or 2 a few times a week. From what I've read, eating 3 a day for an extended period will turn you orange. Looking up a vegetable juice recipe (bruce lee's), I see it calls for 2lbs of carrots. 2... (more)
