Juices/cleanses aren't paleo. Eat the whole fruits, with the pulp, otherwise you're getting expensive sugar water with some minerals and vitamins.

Smoothies. You eat the whole thing. And a zillion times easier to clean. I use my blender every single day for years of delicious smoothies.

That sounds like a great idea for the most part. I see nothing wrong with juicing dark greens as they are an excellent source of anti-oxidants,vitamins,minerals etc..etc. Don't go overboard on the fruit. An apple should be fine though.. Try apple... (more)

Not sure what your purpose in fasting is, but if it is to lose body fat & therefore detox and if you don't want to lose muscle mass, make it a protein-modified fast by adding in some lean meat. Gentle walking for 20-30 min daily. (more)
