Hey, Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with all the high end juices you see at Whole foods. Are they worth it? I heard from someone that they are still processed and kill all the nutrients and enzymes. I travel a lot so for me... (more)

Juices/cleanses aren't paleo. Eat the whole fruits, with the pulp, otherwise you're getting expensive sugar water with some minerals and vitamins.

Smoothies. You eat the whole thing. And a zillion times easier to clean. I use my blender every single day for years of delicious smoothies.

You obviously have gut disbiosis. Consume a lot of probiotics. That would mean fermented vegetables, kombutcha, kimchi salads etc.

That sounds like a great idea for the most part. I see nothing wrong with juicing dark greens as they are an excellent source of anti-oxidants,vitamins,minerals etc..etc. Don't go overboard on the fruit. An apple should be fine though.. Try apple... (more)

Even though i personally advocate eating real food, there are times when juices/smoothies are easier to consume/digest (like when my wisdom tooth was giving me hell) and I would just juice whatever is cheap at the 99 cent store.
