Chicken liver can give you more methylated folate before you realize you consumed too much animal form vitamin A but what may be suspected for the change is most likely animal form vitamin A, on the other hand chicken liver also tastes better. (more)

I think you've already tagged it correctly, I think it's keratosis pilaris. I've always had this and only recently when I started eating liver did it clear up. That really wasn't the plan either! I'm guessing it's due to increased copper or... (more)
