Chicken liver can give you more methylated folate before you realize you consumed too much animal form vitamin A but what may be suspected for the change is most likely animal form vitamin A, on the other hand chicken liver also tastes better. (more)

If your condition responds to Prednisone, more than likely, it's due to autoimmunity. It's an immune atack. Are you gluten and dairy free? I would at least get rid of those two items at minimum. Another aspect of Prenisone has to do with its... (more)
