Just wondering what the body does with far and how it handles it without carbs/insulin. Also would it make a difference if this fat was ingested after a 20 hour fast? Or if ingested with protein?

I would wager that a ketogenic diet (VLC) is the most longevity promoting diet. See this question, and my answer to it there. As to it causing metabolic stress, I don't think that is correct, please see the discussion here. (more)

You're spending too much time in mTOR. Try working out fasted, and don't refeed until 1hr after workouts... maybe add in some sprints or HIIT. Lower the protein back down and increase the fat in its place.
