You're probably eating too much protein. Stay away from lean protein sources like tuna and egg whites. Go for fattier options. Excess protein can be converted into glucose. It's also bad for your kidneys.And vary your diet a little bit. Try adding... (more)

Get more physical activity rather than cutting more calories. I don't see any reason (save medical emergencies) that an adult should go below 1,200 calories per day.
