I'm really puzzled by my inability to get into ketosis. Here are the details:
Total weight: 134 lbs, lean body mass: 103 lbs
I've been consuming under 60g of protein, under 20g net carbs and the remainder as fat (between 132 to 148 g). I've been doing this for 8 days now.
Blood ketone readings are hovering between 0.2 and 0.4. I did get one reading of 0.8 yesterday and another of 0.6 about 4 days ago, but all the other readings are in the 0.2 to 0.4 range.
Anyone have any clues to what might be going on here?
