As far as I understand, krill oil is the best type of sea oil. However I'm at a loss to which one to take, and how much is it? Thanks! (WAS NOT ADVERTISING, GEEZE LOL) I thought it was the best type? If not, enlighten me.

I keep reading about the great benefits of krill oil, in particular their great omega-3 profile. I'm curious to know if I can find actual krill, before it's been squeezed into oil, here in the U.S.
