Random thoughts:Like your idea about stopping the IF. If you are gaining fat, especially abdominal/girth fat, it might not be working for you. Also like the salt at breakfast for adrenal support, in bone broth would be ideal for intestinal support... (more)

Not a doctor -- but only two things I can think are looking for fatty liver or a tumor. I find it wholly unacceptable that the doctor cannot do a better job of communicating. I would ask the doctor for a copy of your patient files and see... (more)
