I make homemade raw yogurt pretty regularly using this cooler method. It has worked well consistently. A few things I've learned over time: -Smaller jars makes thicker yogurt than bigger jars. -Milk that is a few days old works way better... (more)

High fat content = lower insulin response usually. If you don't react negatively to dairy then feel free to use it. For many, consuming dairy stalls weight loss. Butter/Heavy Cream are least likely to create a insulin response while cheese/milk... (more)
