I've been doing Paleo for about a month now. I started the Insanity workout routine two weeks ago. I began to suspect I would not survive doing these intensive workouts on meat and vegetables alone so I would eat two larabars about 4x a week. This... (more)

I have been Paleo for over a year now. Maintaining a 13% Body Fat and super happy with my lifestyle. It took me about 9 months to realize how addicted to sugar I was. Amazing. I travel internationally a lot so I have to bring my own meal... (more)

Nakd Nudie bars are good too - just raw fruit and nuts, but very delicious. I avoid sweet foods completely now though.

In my experience, avoiding excessive linoleic acid is one of the most beneficial things to be done in toward the goal of achieving health. Lara bars, because of the nuts, have a lot of linoleic acid. Also when we dry fruit, the volume decrease... (more)

Ginger Snap, of course, because it has the highest fat content. I was weirdly addicted to L??ra Bars for about two weeks and then it went away. I still think they're pretty tasty, though. It's kind of amazing that they can taste as good as... (more)

I eat them. They have like three to four ingredients max. Gluten free and 100% natural, can't see why they wouldn't be paleo. I get them at Sam's in a 18 pack box. Comes out a good bit cheaper then $1 a piece.

Congrats on being more adventurous and trying some new things. The sardines are like canned health food and I could eat almond butter by the tub if it were in front of me! As to the other foods you mentioned, my wife felt very similar concerning... (more)
