Weight loss for the first 20 was effortless. I am eating the same and the weight loss has stopped. Any advice? I don't cheat and eat fairly low carb.

Ditch the scale, it's only causing you stress. Take pictures and measurements and stop worrying about a number that is completely meaningless.

C4 IFing is a stress on the body, and not a good thing for people with cortisol issues. Same goes for HIIT and heavy weight training. If you know you have cortisol issues, let your body rest and don't stress it more by going super low carb or... (more)
