Could be ... SIBO due to lack of vitamins. Stop abusing laxatives and magnesium. Get tested.

Hell yes! Laxative abuse is contiguous with purging and anorexia. People die from this behaviour.

I see a lot of people on here talking about taking magnesium citrate as a dietary supplement. Since magnesium citrate is used as a laxative, why is supplementing with it not considered the same thing as making yourself dependent on laxatives?

Because laxative dependency usually arises from the over use of stimulant laxatives. Magnesium is a stool softener not a stimulant laxative. It draws water into the bowel to make it easier to go. Stimulants cause contractions. Your brain is still... (more)

If you're lactose intolerant, you can still eat fermented dairy which doesn't contain much lactose at all... My son reacts to dairy, but I'm making some SCD goats yoghurt at the moment to see if he can tolerate it. It's fermented for 24 hours... (more)
