How much meat do you eat? Are you at a half pound or under per day? Around a pound? More than 2 pounds? Also are there other significant forms of protein in your diet? OPTIONAL: If you are on low protein what is your reason?

I've gone 100% Paleo, lost about 15 lbs and have 20 more to go. I've plateaued for the last 10 - 12 days. Now what? I've read everywhere that you don't count calories, I have referred to Whole9 (30) about portion sizes to no avail... 50 Year old... (more)

Well you could defy the common wisdom and count calories. At least get an idea of how much you're chowing down vs what you're burning up daily. From my experience, starting where you're at, you'll get the fastest loss if you stay in constant... (more)
