Calories do seem pretty low given your stats and level of activity. Sometimes eating too little can actually stop fat loss, especially when you don't have a lot of excess fat to lose. I would increase calories for sure. Take a look at some... (more)

Meat, animal fat, eggs, sweet potato, potato, olives/oil, avocados, coconut, nuts (macadamia has the best qualities and highest in calories). Basically high fat and starchy carbs are your best bet on the paleo diet.

Raw broccoli supresses thyroid function. Fruits are great. Dairy is a great sort of calcium and many nutrients. If you avoid consuming polyunsaturated fats, that would likely help with thyroid function and allow your body to use sugar better.... (more)

It doesn't. Fattier cuts of grassfed/organic meats, leaner cuts of conventional meats. High fat organ meats are also popular.

Pretty much you need to change everything. Not so be snarky, but cycling, IFing and bodyweigh and kettlebells is pretty much what you do if you don't want to gain size. Eat a bunch of food, lift heavy weights that utilize the big muscles... (more)

Yes the cardio , that is way too much. In fact you don't even need hiit. What I would recommend is 3/week weight training, one hiit session and some slow walks. In fact you don't need the hiit session. Yes weight training and yoga FTW! (more)
