When it comes to choosing meat dose it matter if I go with the leaner cuts or just dive into the fatty cuts without hesitation?

It really depends on your needs. As long as you have your fats taken care of in other foods, go with whatever you crave. Personally, when I eat lean meat I get fat cravings later, and I end up eating too many nuts or just having to slather butter... (more)

use some line breaks bro. lookin a bit ocd here. martin recommends a 16 hr fasting window, eating to satiety during the 8 remaining hours, and training fasted with some BCAAs. he doesnt count calories or eat bland foods either.

When referring to meat, most people specify that they use lean cuts. I assume this is as opposed to fatty cuts. For example with bacon, is it better to consume a short cut rasher instead of the long cut with all the fatty bits? If so, why? (more)
