Yes the cardio , that is way too much. In fact you don't even need hiit. What I would recommend is 3/week weight training, one hiit session and some slow walks. In fact you don't need the hiit session. Yes weight training and yoga FTW! (more)

It's a very basic question, I've read between 20 and 34 g per 100g which is quite a difference it makes it tough when trying to work out how much protein I'm eating. Any help would be helpful, also do most lean meats have a pretty similar... (more)

For leaning out purposes, why is it better to keep heartrate at65-75%' rather than higher for the duration of cardio? If you aren't consuming carbs won't it be fat that is burned anyway? Thanks peeps:)

If I include a lot of fruit and nuts, make an attempt to eat until I'm completely full, and sit on my ass all day I can get a bit of a pudge going. Other than that, no.

Lift weights (bench, squat and deadlift) and do sprints. Eat one gram protein per lb lean body mass. Consume whey powder. Still possible to be Paleo and do this and have great health. (Whey is not Paleo but lots of folks take it).
