Just curious if anyone has had this reaction. I didn't have the reaction the first few times I drank it, now it seems that it causes leg cramps. Not severe, but they're unpleasant. Any ideas? I mean, obviously the quick n easy would be just... (more)

What is packed together with the lamb in a Costco leg of lamb? The included item has two compartments.

Look at the ingredient list. Anything that isn't lamb is added to it or the seasoning packet.

Every animal is different. It is impossible for anyone to tell you the exact fat content of the leg. Even grocery stores use (in the us) FDA guidelines for the fat content. A leg is typicall 90% lean. Yours is probably in that range.

Severer deficiency in vitamin D, B12, and/or Iron can sometimes cause these symptoms. you may want to try a multi or go to the doctor to get your blood checked.
