Lettuce often gives me diarrhea, and I end up with undigested lettuce in my stool. It's like shitting a salad. Any idea why? Should I just not eat lettuce? It's not the dressing, in case you're thinking that, because I never use dressing.

So last time I tried to make lettuce wraps (for tacos) it was an unmitigated disaster. I used a head of iceberg lettuce and they were just falling apart and full of holes. What do you guys use and is there any special preparation instructions? (more)

Have you tried ordering a burger protein style? The other day I ordered a burger with two patties and no bun, Half expecting it to arrive with bun. Instead the waitress offered protein style which is lettuce wrapped instead of bun. It worked... (more)

We have them in NY, too. Bareburger offers a lettuce wrap as an option, Five Guys has the lettuce bun as well. Big shout outs and kisses to In-n-Out for their Protein Style burger that started it all off, I remember my first lettuce bun was done... (more)

For we UK paleos - what might "Hack" mean? Here, we "hack" down a load of weeds or a tired old apple tee with an axe or something. Hack me a lettuce???!!! WTF?
