Keep in mind that LDL is typically not directly measured. Instead it is computed by formula from total cholesterol, HDL, and triglycerides via the Friedewald formula. So you're getting an estimate, unless your test directly measured LDL (a bit... (more)

LDL 159 calculated incorrectly, using Iranian formula for trigs < 100 it is more close to 137. The ratios of Total, Trigs and LDL to HDL look awesome.

Looks really good actually. LDL is 156 using the Iranian calculation. If you're not eating a ton of butter and cream, there's not going to be much you can do to lower it anyway. I'd nuke the E supplementation since it's in the eggs and the form... (more)
