its interesting that 99% of them are guys...i think there may be a tie to what guys eat vs women...not in calories but in substance. dairy may be better for men than women. nuts may be better for women than men. the list could go on and on. i see... (more)

Your LDL looks high to me; I'm not an expert. Check out www.trackyourplaque.com ; almost the same as a paleo diet with lots of discussion on optimal lipid panel.

LDL 159 calculated incorrectly, using Iranian formula for trigs < 100 it is more close to 137. The ratios of Total, Trigs and LDL to HDL look awesome.
