What to eat chicken liver pate with?

When I started eating liver, I was only eating it in pate form. During that time though, I was still eating bread occasionally and had the pate with it. After a while I started enjoying whole livers instead of pate, and to this day I still eat liver in whole form. Now I would like to make pate again but don't know what to eat it with. I've eaten it with carrots in the past but what else?

What do you eat your pate on? Do you make your own bread without wheat or do your have other ways to eat it? I can also eat it straight but I would like it with something.

Pork skin! Cut peppers. Maybe veggie chips (like potato)?

Homemade potato chips fried in lardy goodness! :) I bet some almond meal crackers or something would be good, too, but I haven't personally made them. I've heard a lot of people like it with eggs, but I personally was not down with that when I tried it.

Every time I eat chicken liver pate, my cat gives me the evil eye. I think he thinks I'm eating his Fancy Feast.

Mixed all together: any pate, warm buttered white rice, chopped steamed broccoli, and a few shakes of nutritional yeast flakes and salt.

Eat while hot/warm. I never went back to cold pate after having it warm.

Cucumber rounds, celery, Parmesan cheese "chips", or a spoon are my go-tos.

I eat pate with baby carrots.
