I'm a bit confused: I want to loose weight, but I don't know how much fat I should eat a day without gaining weight. Does anyone know, how it can be calculated?

Here is my 2 cents. Drop all the gimmicks for a while. No super-foods, no health foods, no cleanses, no special syrups, no handful of vitamins a day. If you want, take one (1) multi-vitamin a day, but let that be it. Go back to basics on your... (more)
