Assuming you're eating out for social reasons, just eat less. Don't bother with paleo when eating out. Or only the broadest of principles - stick to protein, don't order the huge plate of pasta. Don't think you're going to be gluten-free or... (more)

1000 calories a day sounds really low. Perhaps your body has gone into ketosis and is now holding onto fat? Try not counting calories, or if you do, increase your calories per day. You're probably not eating enough to fuel your body and it is... (more)

I have lost about 8 lbs in 3 weeks and I am not exercising I just wonder if eating Paleo and not exercising is ok I am eating 90-95 % Paleo all the time now I would appreciate some feed back if any is doing what I am doing

If you are just starting out and are eating lower carb, you could be just losing some water weight. Check back in a week for a reassessment.
