1000 calories a day sounds really low. Perhaps your body has gone into ketosis and is now holding onto fat? Try not counting calories, or if you do, increase your calories per day. You're probably not eating enough to fuel your body and it is... (more)

Definitely up your calories and dont freak out. Do be careful though cuz you could be losing muscle and not fat from overtraining and under-recovering. Why dont you lay off the I.F. for a bit and concentrate on getting stronger and not thinner. Is... (more)

I have lost about 8 lbs in 3 weeks and I am not exercising I just wonder if eating Paleo and not exercising is ok I am eating 90-95 % Paleo all the time now I would appreciate some feed back if any is doing what I am doing

Agree with Dana. If you loose too much body fat you may loose your period as well. At least limit your lean periods to competition times and don't keep your body fat too low all year round. That being said, and against what many users of this... (more)
