This is fairly common with women that go too low on carbs. Try upping to 50-75 g a day via white rice. Split it up with each meal.

Wouldn't hurt to dial back the workouts a little bit, take vitamins, and make sure you don't have fat malabsorption. It very well could be the medication. make sure you consult your physician about your concern with that.

Eating strict paleo doesn't mean eating low carb. Get lots of tubers and starchy veggies and you can easily get your carbs up to a level you can deal with. 1 cup sweet potato = 40 grams, remember :)
