So I'm Paleo for my skin mostly, it breaks out horribly if I don't eat a low carb Paleo diet (fruit, or foods that raise my insulin are a no no) so it's almost like I have to eat a diabetic diet just for my skin, rather annoying but it is what it... (more)

I can't find anything about total caloric intake of the Inuit. Someone hypothesized that they were healthy because they restricted calories and it had nothing to do with low-carb high-fat eating (yes, they used the Cals in vs. Cals out... (more)

I just had a look at a study that may shed some light on your question... Deutch et al. (2007) reviewed the changing food patterns of Greenland Inuit, and looked back at some studies done in the 1950s. There certainly seems to be no evidence... (more)
