Sounds like you are doing a lot of things right. I notice you are taking an iron supplement...too much iron can result in several of your symptoms. You should be getting plenty from the meat already. Your language skills are fine. :-)... (more)

If you are eating low carbs(less than 100-150g) you probably need more carbohydrate. Thyroxine(t4) isn't active thyroid hormone so it's not the best test for thyroid function.
