180 grams of protein is a waste. Your body does not have the need for that quantity of amino acids and thus it ends up metabolizing amino acids for energy, a highly wasteful inefficient process. Weight loss however is all about calories, not... (more)

I'm very sensitive to carbs so I started eating low carb, high fat, and moderate-high protein about a year ago and day by day I've been looking worse & worse, it's literally like I've sped up the aging process. As my carb issues feel... (more)

I really like mayonnaise and eat it with a lot of things, almond butter is amazing, bulletproof coffee will get fat in really easily, and I do a lot of coconut milk "milkshakes" with stevia and cocoa powder.

So I'm reading all these things about how the diet should be high fat, low protein and people recommending that 10-20% of your calories should come from protein but I don't understand how this is possible. All high fat meats as far as I'm... (more)

I'd like to eat more fat and less carbs and protein. I like to cut down on protein so eggs are not optimal. I'm a real baconoholic, but that can't be too good in the long-run. I'm getting tired of only eating avocado and coconut milk. Cream is... (more)
