Correlation does not equal causation; two things happening at the same time doesn't mean one caused the other. It might not have anything to do with your diet at all.

Wouldn't hurt to dial back the workouts a little bit, take vitamins, and make sure you don't have fat malabsorption. It very well could be the medication. make sure you consult your physician about your concern with that.

Please remember gluten, dairy (casein) and/or eggs are often autoimmune trigger foods. For whatever reason one's body can develop antibodies to these foods. Generic Paleo dieting excludes both gluten and dairy. However you will read on the... (more)
