I purchased the Ancient Minerals magnesium oil spray a few days ago and began using it. Today my arm began itching and rashing. I wondered if this means I need to increase my calcium?

I experience a body high after drinking ~1/2 gallon of raw milk in one sitting (does anyone else get that charged/tingly feeling?). I take it as a good thing. I do not have that experience after drinking modified milk. Your diet looks fine but... (more)

I suffer from osteoporosis, certainly due to genetic factors (my mother has it) and also eating disorders as teen. At only 38 I want to make sure I get absolutely enough of the right vitamins and minerals to give myself the best chance of... (more)

Your diet sounds great. Personally, I would drop the FCLO and eat 3-4 oz of liver/week for A and take a separate D supplement. Carlson's makes a good one that is CLO and lanolin-derived. Solar D Gems. I think iHerb ships to the... (more)

Hello everyone, Lately I've been trying to do some research into chicken and beef broth, but there seems to be very little documentation on their nutritional content. I consume a lot of this because I am more susceptible to joint problems than... (more)

I will go against popular wisdom here and say that the Paleo recommendation for calcium is too low. Sure, the paleolithic people didn't have goats or cows with them, but they had lots of bone broths, and ate all the marrow from bones. Today, it's... (more)

Read up of Stefansson, you need much less vitamin C on a low/zero carb diet so the parsley might not be needed. 15g fresh parsley has 20mg vit C btw, which is enough to stop survey. Eggshells are not a good source of magnesium. Bones have some... (more)
