Hi, this is a question with a few variables. I'm starting to train for my 2nd marathon (if you want to comment on how I shouldn't be doing chronic cardio please don't), and I'm trying to learn from what I did there to do it better. I had been... (more)

High fat diet in ketosis sounds ideal for LH training. I doubt you can benefit without ketosis. I began running while fasted on the bulletproof coffee plan and have had a fairly successful experience becoming 'fat adapted'. That is 100g carbs,... (more)
