drop the fish oil and eat fish a couple of times a week.The more "optimal" diet would be to eat varied, so menu 1 day 1, menu 2 day 2, etc.

Your not going to lose the last 5-10lbs eating fat, your going to lose it by NOT eating fat and letting your body burn off YOUR fat for energy. So start walking, and fasting and you will succeed.

It's not about calories or meal plans. It's about getting to know your body and your needs. My advice would be to start eating Paleo -- I'd recommend the stricter "30 day plan" to start. Then, eat when you are hungry and don't eat when you are not. (more)
