Feel free to skip the rant and answer this: is it possible that not incorporating red meat in my meals is the reason I don't feel satiated? I think I'm not slacking off on my protein intake, but I'm a bit of a noob so any ideas are welcome.... (more)

Adequate intake of protein and (arguably) fat is known to be what puts the brakes on appetite. This is not restricted purely to animal protein only, and poultry, fish, plant proteins will all have a similiar effect if in sufficient amounts. ... (more)

I noticed that your breakfast has a lot of carbs, especially fructose. It also has little protein. When you eat carbs, always eat them with protein as it slows digestion and keeps your blood sugar more regulated. Also, fro my experience, I have... (more)
