poached or boiled eggs smashed up in a cup with butter & pepper.... flash fried lambs heart & sauerkraut... canned fish. All great nutrition wise & can be done within 10 mins.

Nothing beats a big ass salad with some salmon or chicken from the night before. Or Turkey, or eggs. A can of tuna if you dont have leftovers.
