Lately I've been buying beef tongue, boiling it up and eating it slowly with mustard, yum. Is it a good organ meat? A super organ meat? An average organ meat? thanks

Beef tongue and heart are muscles and taste like beef to me. They only might be weird in texture to some. Tongue is best slow-cooked and I like heart grilled like a steak. The only way I can eat liver is to smother it in bacon. Kidney tastes... (more)

I would skip the nuts as much as you can... omega 6s as well as gut irritants. If you can find it you may wanna try veal liver, it's waaaaaay more palatable than beef liver. good luck!

I ask mainly out of ignorance of, and aversion to, preparation of beef liver (for example). Have no idea what to do with it and not sure I'd find the results pleasing. I see Dr. Ron's has (expensive) supplement products. Worthwhile? How about Cod... (more)
