Hey so I was about to take some Emergen-C cause I feel like poop. Lucky me, the first ingredient is 'cane sugar' should I just go buy some plain vitamin c or can I take this for a fast fix..I feel like death.

Freeform L-Lysine is pretty much going to be be 100% the same from every vendor. I've always liked Solgar when I can't decide between brands for various supplements. Also: don't just dose with Lysine -- make sure to keep Arginine low.

As a nurse in a nursing home I can say for sure...NOPE. The system is corrupted by drug companies. Anytime a new drug comes out, it shows up first in nursing homes. Wonder why...hmmmmm.
