I enjoy doing the Tabata routine. Easier for you to google than for me to explain, takes 8 minutes a few times a week. I also do 15 minutes weight lifting every other day. That's it accept for some walking the dog. More than enough to whip me... (more)

Try a tiny bit of 85%, or better yet 90% dark chocolate. You could also try some butter, or ghee, apparently eating butter works to sharpen our minds. Weirdly worked better than coconut oil. DMAE works nicely for me, but over all, never found... (more)
