I enjoy doing the Tabata routine. Easier for you to google than for me to explain, takes 8 minutes a few times a week. I also do 15 minutes weight lifting every other day. That's it accept for some walking the dog. More than enough to whip me... (more)

You need a wide range of vitamins (B,C,D,E), EFAs (oily fish is known to be very good for the brain) and good sugars; i.e. ones that come bundled up with vitamins and minerals (fruit, potatoes).
