What had you been eating within before you had the test? Any foods containing yeast, mold of fungi? Cheese, Mushrooms, Some alcoholic drinks, Femented foods like kefir or Dried fruit.

If I reading the report correctly I would say consuming homemade sauerkraut and/or homemade yogurt daily could help. I agree that taking oregano oil to target a specific microbe might not work, or it may make matters worse. But might I suggest... (more)
