I was wondering if anyone could provide some of the variations present in micronutrients available in different cuts of meats. And then possibly how to obtain these special cuts!! p.s. please don't suggest offal =P

I haven't come across any guideline or micronutrient breakdown on recommended daily fat intake. All of them only come in MACROS, like 25/40/35 Carb/Protein/Fat ratio. I was able to find how much certain amino acids to take a day but they don't... (more)
